Tamil Nadu, a South Indian state, is famed for its Dravidian-style Hindu temples. In Madurai, Meenakshi Amman Temple has high ‘gopuram’ towers ornamented with colourful figures. On Pamban Island, Ramanathaswamy Temple is a pilgrimage site. The town of Kanyakumari, at India’s southernmost tip, is the site of ritual sunrises. Capital Chennai is known for beaches and landmarks including 1644 colonial Fort St. George.
Itinerary
Upon arrival at Trichy International Airport and meet our representative. Check into hotel. Evening visit Uchi Pillayar temple and Srirangam Ranganathar temple. Dinner at Hotel.
After breakfast, proceed to Kodaikanal to visit Pillar rocks, Cocker’s walk, Green Valley view and lake. There will be optional time for boating. Also activities such as cycling and horse riding. Later evening return to hotel.
After breakfast, proceed to Madurai visit Thirumalai Nayak Palace, a notable architectural masterpiece and the historic Meenakshi Amman temple. Visit Alagar Kovil, Thiruparan Kunram later evening back to hotel.
After breakfast, proceed to Kanyakumari visit 133 feet Thiruvalluvar statue, Vivekananda rock memorial and Kumari Amman temple. Evening witness sunset if time and weather permits. After visit return back to hotel
In the morning witness sunrise if time and weather permits. After breakfast, proceed to Rameswaram. Check In hotel. After visiting Rameswaram bath in 22 Punniya Theerthas and visit Ramanatha Swamy temple. Later back to hotel.

After breakfast, proceed to Thanjavur visit Thanjai Periya Kovil followed by lunch. Proceed to Kumbakonam. Check in hotel.
After breakfast, proceed to Thriunageswaram Raghu Temple and Swamimalai Murugan temple. Proceed to Trichy. Rest of the day free for own activities. Check in hotel.
After breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport for the flight back to home.

- Rates quoted are strictly for the minimum number of pax as mentioned above, rates may vary depending on the number of pax requested.
- This is only a quotation, no reservation has been made until we have received your written acceptance of the quotation and deposit to secure the quotation rates.
- Price is subject to any surcharge including peak season surcharge / weekend / public holiday surcharge.
- Confirmation is subject to availability of both hotels / land transfer arrangements.
- Deposit of 50% is required upon booking confirmation and final payment to be paid in full one month before arrival.
- Change of travel date is allowed and has to be made 2 weeks prior to your trip.
- Cancellation procedure:
- Travel arrangements for any member of the party may be cancelled at any time with written notice from the person who made the booking.
- Please note the following:
- If notice of cancellation is received by Star Travel later than 30 days prior to the guided holiday departure date, 20% of the payment made will be retained as Star Travel’s Cancellation Fee Waiver.
- If full payment is not received one month prior to travel date, Star Travel has the right to cancel your reservation and will not be held accountable for any lost reservations.
- If a person in a party cancels and a room change is required by this cancellation (such as Twin to Single), charges for the new room type will be borne by the remaining party.
